📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide accurate and culturally appropriate translations between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese clients, ensuring clear understanding and effective interactions.
• Conduct cultural training sessions to enhance understanding and respect between our Indonesian and Chinese teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to improve collaboration and productivity.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure that all communication needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin, with a strong command of Chinese culture and business etiquette.
• Proven experience in translation and interpretation services, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
