As a Deputy Plant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, while also supporting the Plant Manager in strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of skilled professionals, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects. With your expertise in aluminium manufacturing, you will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting customer requirements.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the aluminium manufacturing facility
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including supervisors and engineers
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support smooth production operations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the aluminium manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of aluminium manufacturing processes and industry best practices
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
- Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
