📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive housekeeping schedule to optimize efficiency and maintain cleanliness.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock for all departments.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new methods to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the housekeeping department.
• Proven track record of successfully managing housekeeping operations in luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software, such as Housekeeping Pro or similar.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
