📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the company's technical operations, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and implement best practices in technical operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational processes and technologies, leveraging tools like ERP systems, project management software, and data analytics platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and technical operations, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a similar role within the engineering or technical sector, preferably in a high-growth industry.
