📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food handling practices.
• Basic knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to work part-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
