📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and train a team of 5-10 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock counts, reordering, and shrinkage control.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer traffic, and employee productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
