📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily vehicle operations, including scheduling, route planning, and maintenance.
• Ensure timely deliveries and minimize downtime.
• Manage and train drivers, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules using tools like Fleetio or similar.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and improve overall fleet efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Report on fleet performance and maintenance needs to senior management.
• Implement and enforce company policies related to vehicle usage and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field (e.g., Certified Fleet Manager by the Institute of Certified Professional in Logistics).
• Proven experience with fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the chemical logistics industry is a plus.
