Coinbase is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Lending & Credit Products team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting processes and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This is a remote position based in the USA. The salary is negotiable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting processes for the Lending & Credit Products team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.,Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to support the team's financial operations.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Monitor and manage the budget for the Lending & Credit Products team.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.,Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience with financial analysis and budgeting.
