📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing and leading a team of recruiters.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
