📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and ordering.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
