📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication counseling and monitoring.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by patients.
• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Monitor medication adherence and report any issues to the pharmacist.
• Update and maintain patient medication records.
• Assist in the management of the pharmacy inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Participate in continuous education and training programs.
• Contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software and systems.
• Valid pharmacy license and certification.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
