📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Manage administrative tasks, including office management, travel arrangements, and vendor management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, health and safety regulations, and data protection laws.,Support the company's strategic goals by providing HR and administrative insights and recommendations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the health and wellness industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and office management software is a plus.
