📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and coordinating architectural teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Overseeing the architectural design process from concept to completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with architectural standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Collaborating with other project stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Reviewing and approving architectural drawings and documents.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction principles.
  • Proficient in using architectural software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
