📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or concerns.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
