Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth business processes,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Provide operational support to the team as needed,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with project management tools and software,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
