In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, working to resolve issues fairly and confidentially.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
