📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks with precision and creativity.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Train and mentor new baristas to uphold our high standards of coffee quality and service.,Assist in the daily operations of the café, including cash handling, customer service, and cleanliness.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.,Collaborate with the café team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.,Participate in café events and promotions to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a professional café setting.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with café equipment and maintenance.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Enthusiasm for coffee and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
