📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and supervise the operations team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
