Central Store Nusantara is looking for a Lead Warehouse Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth logistics processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in inventory management software.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
