In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising data entry processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff to ensure high-quality and accurate data processing.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor data entry processes to identify and resolve any issues or errors.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.,Maintain and update company databases and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.,Prepare and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for data improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and supervising data entry staff.,Strong knowledge of data management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
