We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team at Global Manufacturing in Matraman. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all financial records and transactions,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports,Prepare and process payroll for employees,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial statements,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings,Provide guidance and support to junior bookkeepers,Maintain and update financial systems and software

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
