In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement operational improvement plans.,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance.,Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
