📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the head nurse in the day-to-day management of the nursing unit.
• Ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and treatment.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the head nurse.
• Administering medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Assisting in the preparation and administration of IV fluids and other medications.
• Performing basic laboratory tests and collecting specimens.
• Assisting in the preparation of patient charts and reports.
• Participating in staff meetings and other departmental activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records.
• Ability to lift and move patients as required.
• Valid nursing license and certification.
