Hokian Budi Medical Center is looking for a talented and passionate Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. As a Cashier, you will handle transactions, manage customer service, and ensure a smooth operation at our café. If you are a team player with excellent customer service skills, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to customers,Handle cash transactions and manage customer payments,Maintain a clean and organized café environment,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations,Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education,Previous experience as a Barista or Cashier is a plus,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage,Team player with a positive attitude,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
