LUMEN Abadi is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Ensure the smooth execution of events by managing event logistics, such as seating arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.,Maintain a clean and well-presented event space, ensuring it meets the required standards.,Collaborate with the team to create and implement event programs, including invitations, menus, and decorations.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during the event.,Handle post-event tasks, such as cleanup, inventory checks, and reporting to the event coordinator.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
