📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Preparing audit reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Identifying and assessing risks to the company's operations and financial health.
• Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.
• Providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Providing training and guidance to junior auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing.
• Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, CMA).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using audit software and other relevant tools.
