Bay Royal Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. This is a remote position based in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 17.000.000 – Rp 20.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Experience in managing a team and driving performance improvement.
