CV Optima Fajar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Banquet Staff to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing banquet operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a positive guest experience. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 12.000.000 – Rp 16.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage banquet operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.,Ensure high-quality service delivery by leading and training banquet staff.,Maintain a positive guest experience by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of banquet supplies and services.,Monitor banquet inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.,Prepare and present banquet reports to management, including sales, costs, and guest feedback.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of banquet policies and procedures.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of banquet planning, coordination, and execution.,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.,Proficiency in using banquet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
