📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
