📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machines, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcome and valued.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Participate in our sustainability initiatives, such as using eco-friendly packaging and promoting responsible sourcing.
• Assist in training new staff to ensure consistent quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of eco-friendly practices and sustainability principles.
• Familiarity with using espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment.
